How it works
Every piece is made to order. Nothing is pre-printed and sitting on a shelf, which means no dead stock and no waste — but it does mean your order takes a few days to make before it ships.
Production
2–5 business days.
Shipping
US: 3–5 business days after production.
International: 6–20 business days after production, depending on destination.
Total: usually 7–14 days door to door.
Free shipping on orders over $75.
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the facility. If it hasn't arrived and the tracking has gone quiet for more than 7 days, email us and we'll chase it.
Returns
Because every item is made for you specifically, we can't accept returns for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Please check the size guide before you order — the fit is oversized, so if you want a regular fit, size down.
We will replace or refund, no argument, if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The print is misplaced, faded, cracked or wrong
- You received the wrong item, size or colour
- It never turned up
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll sort it out.
Wrong size?
Message us anyway. We can't take it back, but we'd rather help you than have you stuck with something that doesn't fit.
