Shipping policy

How it works

Every piece is made to order. Nothing is pre-printed and sitting on a shelf,
which means no dead stock and no waste — but it does mean your order takes a few
days to make before it ships.

Production

2–5 business days.

Shipping

United States: 3–5 business days after production.
International: 6–20 business days after production, depending on destination.

Total: usually 7–14 days door to door.

Free shipping on orders over $75.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the facility.
If it hasn't arrived and tracking has gone quiet for more than 7 days, email us
and we'll chase it.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the
destination country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are the
responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address

If you notice an error in your shipping address, email us immediately. Once an
order enters production we may not be able to change it.
